	Yung Kee Presents 70 Classic Acclaimed Dishes for 70th Anniversary To commemorate the 70th anniversary, Yung Kee is now presenting 70 classic dishes from its vast treasure trove of offerings over the years. Representing the top quality Cantonese cuisine, the choices include exquisite home-style, award-winning and rare dishes. Patrons are invited to savour the delicacies and memories of Hong Kong’s yesteryears, both exemplified by Yung Kee’s dedication in culinary excellence. For each of the 7 months starting from May to November, a new designed menu consisting of 10 timeless and unique dishes will be presented. Collectively, the 7 menus form a collection of 70 offerings. 	Yung Kee Restaurant - Roasted Goose 'Ten Famous Cuisines of Guang Dong 2009' Yung Kee Restaurant's Roasted Goose is awarded the 'Ten Famous Cuisines of Guang Dong 2009' by the People's Government of Guangdong Province & the National Tourism Administration of China.

	WOM 'Outstanding Restaurant' Yung Kee is awarded the 'Outstanding Restaurant' award from Word Of Mouth or 'WOM' Guide. The WOM Guide is first published in 2005 and the 2009 edition has been one of the best sellers in bookstores.

	Fundraising for Sichuan Earthquake Relieff On Tuesday, 27 May 2008, Yung Kee Restaurant has donated 100% of its income and all proceeds made to the donation box; a total of HK$777,993.00, to Hong Kong Red Cross in supporting the Sichuan Earthquake Relief in China.

	Yung Kee greatly honoured to present essence of Hong Kong’s Cantonese cuisine before President Hu Jintao On 29 June 2007, at the Government House dinner hosted in honour of President Hu Jintao and other Central Government officials, Yung Kee feels most honoured to be able to produce all Chinese dishes for the evening. The menu was thoughtfully put together, hoping to showcase to the President and officials the quality Cantonese cuisine of Hong Kong, the essence of our well-kept traditions and the representative local delicacy – our signature roasted goose.

	Industry’s Highest Tribute Adds Colour to Yung Kee’s 65th Anniversary Commemoration On 17 March 2007, Mr Kinsen Kam, Yung Kee Restaurant Group’s Director & General Manager, received a special tribute at the ‘King of Catering Award 2007” for his valuable contribution made to Hong Kong’s catering industry. The honour came as a timely celebration of the restaurant’s 65th anniversary. Accepting the award, Mr Kam said, ‘not only does this award belong to Yung Kee’s remarkable traditions and team work, it also belongs to every member of the catering business. Over the years, we have been tirelessly promoting Hong Kong’s food culture to the world. I truly believe that with continued collaboration, we will achieve higher heights in enhancing our city’s reputation as the Gourmet Capital.’ The Award ceremony was broadcast on TVB Jade channel and will be re-broadcast to various TV channels in Mainland China.
